I'm a software geek with an eye for design, and someone who genuinely loves productivity via systems & automation. I've tested "all the things" so you don't have to.

I'm equal parts creative and techy, a big-picture strategist who also loves rolling up my sleeves and implementing. That combo means I don't just dream up systems; I build them, refine them, and teach you how to use them in real life.

How much does Biz System Magic Cost?

Current Membership is $67 monthly or $670 paid yearly.

Is there a setup Fee?

There is a one time setup fee of $399 for the standard setup (Which includes done-for-you tech connections + an onboarding session to show you how to edit your templates to suit your business needs).
Done-for-you setup for all your biz assets or Biz Migration service is available as well. Rates vary depending on your needs.

Do I need a website host with Biz Systems Magic?

No Biz Systems Magic is your host. You will need a domain host (where you purchased your website url) like Godaddy, Cloudflare, Namecheap

Can I have more than one website in my account?

Yes! In fact you can have unlimited websites, funnels, automations, courses, products, and communities in your account!

Can I cancel at anytime?

Yes, you can cancel at anytime. Your cancellation will be effective once your current billing cycle has ended.

Do I need another tool to host my videos?

Nope! You have unlimited video hosting and are able to embed your videos in website & marketing pages as well as courses.

Do I pay more if my email list grows?

No you are not charge more for the number of contacts in your account. So feel free to grow your list as large as you want.

You pay .00070 per email send. $10 = a bit over 14K email sends.

Can I host my Wordpress Website with Biz Systems Magic

Yes! Wordpress hosting is $10/month.

Does Biz Systems Magic have everything I need to run my biz?

Not entirely. There are a few things you need outside of Biz Systems Magic.


- You'll have or purchase domain url (for every website you want to host in Biz Systems Magic). This is typically a multi-year purchase and will require renew after your time commitment runs out. So it's an on-going fee. (If you are brand new, we can help you do this as part of your onboarding.)

- You'll also need to purchase a professional email address (Google Workspace, Zoho, etc). This will be a monthly or yearly on-going fee. (We can cover this is your onboardig, if you need help with it.)

- If you host your Wordpress website with us, you'll have a monthly $10. Plus you have fees for any paid extenral WP plugins you use on your website.

- You will need a payment processor account. Stripe is our reccomendation. There is no cost to creating an account, they take payment via their processing fees on payments you receive from client/customers.

- We highly recommend Canva as your design tool. A free account will allow you to edit design elements from our templates. But a pro account will give you more options.

Can I apply my Brand to the supplied templates

Absolutely! You even have a brand board section to apply your brand logos, fonts (yes you can upload custom), and colors.

You can also always build your own pages or add your own blocks or customize our base templates however you need.

Does this really replace ManyChat?

Yes, you can set up automations Comments to a post or DM Keyword.

Can I text my clients / customers with Biz Systems Magic

Yes you can. You'll get to purchase a number (one time purchase fee and monthly line fee. Typically under $3/month.) You will also be charge by message sends as you use the service.

Does Biz Systems Magic have a blog feature?

Yes it does! You can feature blog posts on any page as well as have an archive blog page just like other website tools.

Is the website builder easy to use?

Biz Systems Magic's page builder for websites or funnel pages is a drag and drop builder. Editing copy is directly in the element on the page. Changing up setting colors, fonts, sizes, etc is done via a side panel for each element.

There will be video training in the Collective to get you up to speed in no time.

What if I love my website can I still use Biz Systems Magic?

Absolutely! There is great benefit to having your client service management, marketing and sales process all in one tool.

Integrating your website with Biz Systems Magic is as easy as some embeded elements or button links over to your Biz Systems assets. Depending on the tools you are currently using, you will likely save money moving everything else over to Biz Systems Magic.

Can I connect my products or courses to a group community?

Yes! There are multiple ways do to this depending on your needs. But the bottom line is you can give free or paid access in you community group to your courses and products.

Can you do fancy stuff in funnel like, like add timers or add an another offer (upsell / downsell / order bump)?

Yes, you sure can. Funnels have advanced features to turn off your offer after a set amount of time or a specific date. You can arrange your offers pretty much any way you can dream up.

Can I create a membership with Biz Systems Magic?

Yesserie! You can use the communities feature for this. Or sell a program around access to a Course or Digital Product.

Can I have my Podcast on Biz Systems Magic?

Yes, you can embed most podcast players into Biz System Magic website or blog pages.

What if I don't want or have the time to move my existing biz assets over? Will you do this for me?

Yes! You can upgrade your setup to include done-for-you migration. Rates vary based on the scope of what you need migrated.

What sort of support do I get?

You'll receive support through your onboarding. You can get live support by attending weekly office hours.

Additionally, you can also ask questions in the Collective community, and Meg will answer within 24 hours. You'll also have full access to the platform training videos to help you navigate all the features within Biz Systems Magic.

Is there a trial period?

No, not at this time.
